Manufacturing & Quality
Hot rolled or cold drawn seamless process, continuous heat treatment (normalizing/annealing/quenching), 100% hydrostatic testing and ultrasonic flaw detection. Certified with ISO 9001:2015, CE (PED/CPR), API 5L/6D. Each batch comes with complete MTC (Mill Test Certificate) providing full traceability of chemical composition, mechanical properties, and heat treatment records. Third-party inspection reports from SGS, BV, and TUV available upon request.
Applications
Widely used in oil & gas long-distance transmission pipelines, petrochemical refineries, power plant main steam and feedwater systems, municipal water supply and wastewater treatment, shipbuilding ballast and fuel systems, and industrial process piping. 3LPE coating provides over 30 years service life for buried pipelines; FBE coating is ideal for high-salt spray environments. Monthly capacity of 50 containers (8,000-12,000 tons) with 7-15 days standard delivery for stock items. Custom sizes, non-standard OD, ultra-long lengths (over 12m), and extra-thick walls available upon request.
